Why do we need direction ?

Do we, the Pakistani nation, have a direction? A target? No.
Why is that so? People say, we need a leader. Leader? When you don't have a direction, then for what do you need a leader. Leader's job is to lead you to the destination you opt for.
But without any direction, destination in mind, no leader can lead any nation. It'd unfair to acclaim that our people have no direction in their minds. There are "DIRECTIONS".
Some are looking for a Shariah Ruled, Islamic Caliphate of Pakistan whereas some are wishing for a secular state.
A thousand tongues, a million opinions.
A 17 billion people, with 17 million directions! What do you expect then? Something good? I guess not.
For example, take Taseer's case. There's a minority saying that his murderer should be hanged and a majority is for praising the 'Ghaazi'.
What can our bichara leaders do? Except for corruption, we leave them no other choice.
